First oil.

 

    This is my first oil painting. It took something around 4 hours and a half. As soon as I will leaarn how to do a decent gif, I will post a procedure.
    Starting to paint turned out to be very problematic to me. After watching a couple of youtube videos about painting with oils, I finally managed to do so called sketch with "burnt umber" paint. I was taking pictures of every major step during painting so I suppose they all will be posted sometime.
    Real problem for mr was getting the easel. Together with my wife we decided to make some ourselves but we obtained one either way. Soon I will post more photos of the place. I also ask for critical coments so I can improve somehow.

First poster I made for the upcomeing horseriding competition. Horse from the club's logo. Girl inspired by Banksy. :). Blogger prevents me from posting my image below the note so it will be up this time. They should do something about it. :/

This is another wallpaper. 5 or 6 hours of work not including breaks. The final result like this is worth even twice that. I really learned a lot when producing image of this quality. Also enjoy new site design. I am about to make a slide gallery but i need to figure out how.
